Ozone Chamber

Ozone test chamber is a major factor in rubber cracking although it is rare in the atmosphere, ozone aging tank simulates and enhance the condition of ozone in the atmosphere to study the effects of ozone on rubber, and then identify and evaluate the method to resist ozone and aging for rubber, adopt effective anti-aging measures to enhance the life of rubber products.

Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy (FT-IR)

Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy (FT-IR) is a technique used to obtain an infrared spectrum of absorption or emission of a solid, liquid or gas. An FTIR spectrometer simultaneously collects high - resolution spectrum data over a wide spectral range.

This confers a significant advantage over a dispersive spectrometer, which measures intensity over a narrow range of wavelengths at a time.

Zwick Roell Z250

The Testing System and its retrofitted accessories are designed to determine properties of specimens such as a bars , shaped elements ,components and component assemblies.

This is done through mechanical loading by an electro - mechanical or hydraulic drives . The testing system applies mechanical loading to specimens in the form of increasing , pulsating or cyclic tests.

The specimens are loaded by test quantities force ,moments or deformation with defined values,time sequence and frequency.

The materials undergo destructive or non - distructive tests depending upon the testing machine and test method used.

The classic types of tests are Tensile ,compression ,flexure and torsion test based on a variety of test standards.

Water Permeability Apparatus

Geotextile Water Permeability Tester, also named Vertical Permeability Test Apparatus have a major importance in Geotextile Industries, it is mainly used to measure the hydraulic properties like Permittivity or Water Permeability/ Hydraulic conductivity of Geotextile, Geocomposites or related product.

Universal Testing Machine (UTM)

A universal testing machine (UTM) is used to test the tensile strength and compressive strength of materials. An earlier name for a tensile testing machine is a tensometer. The "universal" part of the name reflects that it can perform many standard tensile and compression tests on materials, components, and structures.

Hardness Tester

Hardness tester, device that indicates the hardness of a material, usually by measuring the effect on its surface of a localized penetration by a standardized rounded or pointed indenter of diamond, carbide, or hard steel.

Brinnel Hardness Tester

Brinell Hardness Testing is a nondestructive testing method that determines the hardness of a metal by measuring the size of an indentation left by an indenter. At a defined ball diameter and test force, larger indents left in the surface by the Brinell Hardness Testing Machine indicate a softer material.

Profile Projector Machine

A profile projector is a device that applies the principles of optics to the inspection of manufactured parts.

Moving Die Rheometers

Moving Die Rheometers are the standard testing method for characterisation of rubber curing in quality control as well as research and development. Therefore these rotorless curemeters are equipped with a closed, sealed, biconical die system according to all relevant ISO, ASTM and DIN standards.

Rheometers are designed to measure flow and deformation of high polymer, polymer, thermoplastics, and elastomers.

Moving Die Rheometer can simultaneously determine the viscosity, elasticity, hysteresis loss and curing rate during the vulcanization process of the rubber compound. Important vulcanization characteristics such as torque, cure rate index and curing time can be measured.

Din Abrasion Machine

The DIN abrasion tester from Bareiss measures the resistance to abrasion of rubber products

Once the machine is started, the test piece comes in contact with the emery sheet on the rotating drum with the test force acting on top of the sample.

We have 850 and 1200 Ton hydraulic presses for elastomeric bearing testing.
